Women’s Circle for Refugees & CALD – Healing in Community 

I’m honoured to be offering a gentle sound healing experience as part of this beautiful Women’s Circle created for women from refugee and culturally diverse backgrounds.

Together we’ll gather in a safe and welcoming space to connect, relax, move gently, share food, and experience the calming benefits of sound healing. These moments of community, belonging, and connection can be deeply nourishing for the mind, body, and spirit.

If you know a woman who may benefit from a supportive afternoon of connection and self-care, please feel welcome to share this event with her.
