Come bathe in the powerful vibration of meditation, drums, percussion music, song and healing energy. A powerfully and evocative shamanic sound healing and meditative experience, locking you into the frequency of your own unique healing and connecting you to your inner medicine.
Please also bring a yoga mat, small pillow & eye mask. If it’s cold a blanket and warm stuff (i.e. socks & beanie/hoody layers to keep warm whilst experiencing lying down meditation). We have some extra stuff if you can’t bring them.

Winter Solstice Meditation Journey

Celebrating the Completion of a Sacred Cycle

One year ago, on the Winter Solstice of 2025, we gathered for the very first Meditation Journey. As the longest night invited us inward, we began a shared exploration through rhythm, meditation, sound, stillness and community.

Now, as we return to Winter Solstice once again, we find ourselves exactly where we began.

The Winter Solstice marks the turning point of the year—the moment when darkness reaches its peak and the light begins its gradual return. For thousands of years, cultures around the world have honoured this sacred threshold as a time of reflection, release, renewal and rebirth.

There is something deeply symbolic about ending this chapter on the very same seasonal gateway where it began.

Just as nature moves in cycles, so do our lives. Seeds are planted, journeys unfold, lessons are gathered, and eventually every cycle comes to completion before a new one begins. This final Meditation Journey honours the completion of one full solar cycle—a circle that has come back to its beginning.

As the saying goes:

“It ends where it starts, and it starts where it ends.”
