Come bathe in the powerful vibration of meditation, drums, percussion music, song and healing energy. A powerfully and evocative shamanic sound healing and meditative experience, locking you into the frequency of your own unique healing and connecting you to your inner medicine.
Please also bring a yoga mat, small pillow & eye mask. If it’s cold a blanket and warm stuff (i.e. socks & beanie/hoody layers to keep warm whilst experiencing lying down meditation). We have some extra stuff if you can’t bring them :)
