Meditation Journey

~ Meditation | Mantra | Sound Bath | Cacao ~

—

Relax and unwind into your weekend with this deeply relaxing time honoured practice of coming together, connecting to breath, becoming mindful, participating in the enhanced energy of group meditation and surrendering into a blissful sound healing journey.

Yogi Raji & Medicine Woman Drumming met at Swarmi Sarasvati’s Yoga Teacher Training in Sydney and are excited to collaborate on the yogic meditation teachings they’ve learnt and weave it into their own unique combined tapestries. Yogi Raji (Rachel Burton) is based in Newcastle and brings 16 years of yogi practicing knowledge. Medicine Woman Drumming (Salama Salem) based in Crescent Head & Sydney, brings 17 years of African & shamanic drumming & percussive experience.

Come bathe in the powerful vibration of percussion music, mantra, song and healing energy. Allow Medicine Woman Drumming to harness the power of the medicine drum in conjunction with voice & sacred chants, while Yogi Raji guides you through powerful breathing techniques, together co-creating a powerful sound healing meditative experience, locking you into the frequency of your own unique healing and connecting you to your inner medicine.
