Mother’s Day Retreat 2024

An all female retreat to honour the mother, your mother, mother earth, being a mother.
This is certainly open to mother’s and daughter’s but any woman is welcome to attend.
You don’t need to be a mother to appreciate them!
This will be an intimate retreat with spaces limited to only 6.

Dates:

Friday 10th May 2024 – Commences 5:00pm
Saturday 11th May 2024 – 10:00am – 5:00pm
Sunday 12th May 2024 – Concludes 11:30am

Accomodation options:
Luckily half of Crescent Head is holiday letting. In fact there are 5 that immediately surround the studio. You can search on airbnb or Elders Holiday Letting and look for properties close to the studio’s address 66 Skyline Cres, Crescent Head, NSW, 2440, Australia there is also Crescent Head Caravan Park.
Beachcomber and Salty Shack are located in the same street as the studio. It is usually cheaper to book directly through the property owner or real estate agent for most airbnb bookings.

Transport:
-Please allow 5 hours to drive from Sydney to Crescent Head, this allows for a fuel & toilet stop.
-Plan your drive on Google Maps. Also Waze is good navigator for speed camera’s when driving in unfamiliar territory.
-The cheapest petrol is usually about half way at Independent Metro at Heatherbrae outside of Newcastle if coming from Sydney.
-Otherwise check for cheapest petrol prices on NSW Gov Fuel Check app.

Public Transport:
–Train from Central Station Sydney to Kempsey = 7 hrs (fm $50 1 way)
–Bus 345  Kempsey Station (19-27 Regent St) to Crescent Head Country Club (Rankin’s St) = 30 mins

Food Options:
Everything shuts early, nothing is opened after 8pm, please come prepared. Plenty of time given for lunch.
The last big supermarket shop stop off from the freeway is at Kempsey (Aldi, Coles, Woolworths, IGA, other restaurants) which is on the way and a 25 min drive from/to Crescent Head.
